Professional Experience
Painting Conservator (Weilhammer & Schoeller Art Conservation L.P., August 2016 – April 2018)

Worked with internationally recognized conservators on the relocation and restoration of the Battle of Atlanta Cyclorama. Included: local consolidation, facing, strip lining preparation, strip lining (top and bottom), mapping of the painting, scrolling, unscrolling, addition of the new sky section, cleaning, and inpainting.
On-site Lead Conservator (Page Conservation, October 2015 – August 2016)

Oversaw and worked with nationally recognized conservators on the restoration of a 56 murals located in the Minnesota State Capitol building in St. Paul, MN. Responsible for all administrative work including the editing and formatting of photography, emails, and reports. Supervised all on-site work in the Director’s absence.
Paintings Conservator (Page Conservation, November 2013 – August 2016)

Paintings -- Completed condition reports and treated a wide range of paintings with various issues. Treatments included: photography, consolidation (local and overall), cleanings (aqueous and solvent), humidification (local and overall), building of humidification chambers, tear mending, de-lining, lining (full and strip lining), re-stretching, filling, inpainting (MSA), varnishing (spray and brush applications), frame touch ups, framing, and wrapping. Completed treatments on over 200 paintings.

Murals -- Worked with a conservation team on facing, removal, reinstallation, consolidation (local), cleaning (aqueous and solvent), varnishing (brush), filling, and inpainting (MSA). Mural projects included removal of a mural from a private client’s home, removal of five large murals from the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, Washington, DC and the cleaning of murals in the Mount Pleasant Public Library, Washington, DC
